Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):


• Formulate, execute, and oversee financial planning initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance assessments.


• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, offering insights and recommendations for enhancing financial performance.


• Partner with various departments to collect financial data, analyze trends, and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Real Estate Development Financing:


• Assess and secure funding alternatives for real estate development initiatives, encompassing loans, tax incentives, and investor contributions.


• Develop financial models and feasibility assessments to support the organization's operations.


• Supervise project budgets, expenditures, and cash flows to ensure alignment with financial strategies and goals.

Financial Operations:


• Guarantee precise and timely financial reporting, complying with GAAP and organizational policies.


• Establish and uphold financial controls, procedures, and systems to protect company assets.


• Assist in internal and external audits, supplying necessary documentation and addressing any identified concerns.
