Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this prominent position will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for our Technical divisions, acting as a trusted consultant to management and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive recruitment process, focusing on attracting candidates who align with our core values. This includes sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, and preparing both candidates and hiring teams for interviews.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their departments, develop talent profiles, create hiring strategies, structure interview processes, and serve as a strategic partner.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a consistent and standardized interview process, thereby enabling us to attract premier talent.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to proactively build and manage a talent pipeline.
- Take meticulous ownership of assigned job requisitions in our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate evaluation and data collection.
- Gather, analyze, and disseminate feedback and actionable insights to continuously refine our hiring practices. You will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and enhance scheduling efficiency.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within a technology organization.
- Ability to think strategically on moderately complex projects and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Proactive approach to building necessary tools and processes independently, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience recruiting in a similarly sized public or late-stage company.
- Familiarity with the LGBTQ+ community and its nuances.
