About the Role

Weaver, a leading national accounting, advisory, and consulting firm, is seeking a talented professional to join our growing Energy Compliance Services (ECS) team as a Supervisor.

Job Summary

The ECS Supervisor will be responsible for leading technical emissions teams and performing in-charge responsibilities on Lifecycle Analysis modeling and consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental sciences, engineering, chemistry, or a related field, with experience in greenhouse gas emissions programs and proficiency in ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, and other relevant modeling software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical emissions teams and perform in-charge responsibilities on Lifecycle Analysis modeling and consulting engagements.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies for clients in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects and ideas.
  • Supervise multiple individuals and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in greenhouse gas emissions programs and proficiency in ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, and other relevant modeling software.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively interact with other professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering, science, or environmental sciences.
  • Environmental Certification, such as CARB LCFS Lead Verifier.
  • Professional License, such as Professional Engineer license or Engineering-in-Training (passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam).
What We Offer

Weaver offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. We also offer in-house CPE and learning opportunities through our internal L&D department.
