Sustainability and Regional EHS Manager

Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability and Regional EHS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining environmental compliance and implementing sustainable practices across our operations in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification programs and conduct environmental audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to promote sustainability and environmental awareness among employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of environmental issues and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
