Crop Claims Field Adjuster II

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Crop Claims Field Adjuster II to join our team. As a Crop Claims Field Adjuster II, you will play a critical role in assessing and resolving crop insurance claims in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct field inspections to assess crop damage and determine potential indemnities
- Communicate complex regulations and interpretations to claimants, agents, and industry professionals
- Perform fact-finding and gather relevant information to determine claim validity
- Review and audit claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claims and improve processes
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in crop insurance and claims adjusting
- Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) required
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within territory
- Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience providing technical training to other crop professionals
