Overview

Role specifics:
Expertise in General Liability claims is essential. Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience in handling General Liability and Auto Liability claims, including Bodily Injury Claims and Complex Litigation Management. Previous Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience and an active Adjusters license are required.

Utilize your claims management expertise to make informed decisions regarding claims exposure and litigation, strategizing the appropriate course of action to resolve claims effectively.


  • Engage extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure clear communication and resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims journey.
  • Manage claims in alignment with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and best practices, adhering to statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Record and communicate claim activities promptly and efficiently, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file.
About You

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

Claims Background:
Robust experience in General Liability and Auto Liability claims, with a strong foundation in handling General Liability claims, Bodily Injury, and Complex Litigation Management. Previous TPA experience is essential.

Jurisdictional Experience:
Nationwide

Active Adjusters' licenses:
FL and TX

As a key contributor to our Claims Adjuster team, you will:


Investigate, assess, and resolve intricate General Liability and Auto Liability claims, applying your analytical skills to make sound decisions and facilitate claim resolutions.

Collaborate with our clients to provide innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
Employ critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills to effectively serve our clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant claims experience.
Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are managed.
Familiarity with accepted industry standards and practices.
Proficiency in claims and business-related software.

DESIRED:
Bachelor's Degree.
