About the Role

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented sales professional who is committed to the success of our customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on cultivating and building client relationships, as well as generating new business opportunities and expanding our market share in the premium wood flooring, cladding, and tile industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for clients in the Bay/San Francisco Area
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customers, other territory representatives, stakeholders, and internal partners
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Participate in weekly regional sales meetings with the Chief Executive Officer and pertaining sales team
  • Diligently grow revenue in assigned territories
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in flooring, architecture, or building materials
  • Preferred: Experience with Architecture and Design communities
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Self-discipline, impeccable follow-through, and execution of responsibilities
