Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Bay/San Francisco Area, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in flooring, architecture, and building materials to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Participate in regular sales meetings with the CEO and sales team to discuss sales performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
- 1-5+ years of experience in flooring, architecture, or building materials, with a proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-discipline, impeccable follow-through, and execution of responsibilities, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
