Position Overview

As a Healthcare Provider Enrollment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission to leverage technology for improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Your expertise will be vital in navigating some of the most pressing challenges in the healthcare sector. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct On-site Evaluations: Perform site visits to healthcare provider facilities to ensure compliance with enrollment standards set by regulatory bodies.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records and documentation of all findings from site evaluations.
  • Facility Assessment: Analyze and document the operational capabilities, infrastructure, and resources of each provider location.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers both over the phone and in person to address inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with healthcare providers and compile detailed reports.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate data to determine compliance with enrollment requirements.
  • Decision Making: Make informed and timely decisions regarding provider eligibility for enrollment processes.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Clearly communicate state and federal requirements to providers and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of fundamental concepts in healthcare and insurance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related business field is preferred.
  • Alternatively, a combination of 2-3 years of relevant education and work experience may be considered.
  • Experience in insurance practices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with organizational insurance policies and procedures is beneficial.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Expectations for the Role
  • This position operates in a hybrid model.
  • Travel requirements include 40% or more, with some overnight and weekend travel necessary.
