Position Overview:
The Senior Epic Analyst II is tasked with the configuration, management, and support of clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) framework for healthcare clients.
This role encompasses managing support and maintenance requests, executing routine builds, participating in on-call rotations, and engaging in special projects, including Epic Upgrades, as required by clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary analyst for Epic maintenance, configuration, and build.
- Oversee client trouble tickets and requests, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
- Lead application builds for Epic upgrades and manage Nova Note Review and Build.
- Establish testing protocols and support go-live activities in a command center environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement proactively, mentor junior analysts, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and information systems is essential.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily in-office, with potential for hybrid or remote arrangements subject to management approval.
Travel Expectations:
Minimal travel required (less than 5%).
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role: Frequent activities include sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination, and repetitive motions. Occasional activities involve standing and bending, while infrequent activities may require lifting up to 10 pounds.
