As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Epic Analyst II plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare organizations' efficiency through the effective management of Epic electronic health record (EHR) applications.
This position involves the configuration, oversight, and support of clinical applications, ensuring that our healthcare clients receive optimal service. The analyst will handle support and maintenance requests, engage in routine system builds, and participate in on-call rotations, as well as contribute to special projects, including system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary analyst for the maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of Epic applications.
- Manage client support tickets and requests, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
- Lead the application build process for Epic upgrades and oversee the Nova Note Review and Build.
- Establish testing protocols and assist in go-live activities within a command center environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, mentor junior analysts, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and information systems is essential.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with potential for hybrid or remote arrangements subject to management approval.
Travel Expectations:
Minimal travel required, less than 5%.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include frequent sitting, walking, and coordination of eye/hand/foot movements. Occasional standing and bending may be necessary, with infrequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.
