Position OverviewAs a Healthcare Provider Enrollment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission to leverage technology for improving the health and well-being of vulnerable populations. This position allows you to align your professional passion with meaningful work, collaborating with individuals dedicated to addressing significant healthcare challenges. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this role.
Your Contributions- Conduct On-site Evaluations: Perform site visits to healthcare provider locations to ensure compliance with enrollment standards as per CMS/State/Federal regulations.
- Documentation Management: Keep precise records and documentation of all findings from site evaluations.
- Facility Operations Review: Assess and document the physical infrastructure, equipment, and resources available at each provider site.
- Client Interaction: Manage customer interactions effectively, both over the phone and in person.
- Communication Proficiency: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with healthcare providers and prepare detailed reports.
- Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to determine compliance status.
- Decision Making: Make informed and timely decisions regarding provider eligibility for enrollment processes.
- Regulatory Communication: Clearly convey state and federal requirements to providers and prepare necessary documentation.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of fundamental concepts and principles in healthcare and insurance.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related business field is preferred.
- Alternatively, a combination of 2-3 years of relevant education and work experience may be considered.
- Experience in insurance practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with organizational insurance policies and procedures is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- This is a hybrid role.
- The position necessitates a significant amount of travel, including overnight and weekend commitments.
