About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team in Palo Alto, California. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within an established geographic territory or product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies
  • Work closely with senior management on critical issues and identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
  • Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools
  • Build strong customer relationships in the field and ensure a great customer experience
Requirements
  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • 0-2 years of outside sales experience
