Job Title: Business Development Director

Axiado is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning business development strategy to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow revenue and expand customer base
  • Work closely with engineering teams and customers to understand product features and benefits
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and prioritize initiatives
  • Expand the company ecosystem by establishing partnerships with emerging markets leaders and new technology and application areas
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience driving strategic partnerships, alliances, and business development at a startup technology company
  • Related sales and business development leadership experience
  • Understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including servers, CSP, datacenter, 5G base stations, and preferred products and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in security domain, AI, advanced hardware, datacenter domains, and next-generation Internet technologies
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements
  • Proven track record of growth and expansion
