We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Acadia Realty. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support for our satellite office in downtown Brooklyn.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bidding of contracted services and preparing company service agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with updating, monitoring, and enforcing property rules and regulations.
- Process tenant billings and assist with expense report submittals.
- Order supplies and maintain a well-stocked office.
- Support vendor check-in/check-out procedures and provide backup support as needed for absent management team members.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years' administrative and/or facilities experience.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,400 to $75,000, as well as the opportunity to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program. Acadia Realty is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
