Revenue Management Director

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue management activities and managers within your area of purview.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of transient, wholesale, and group segments.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategies and pricing to key stakeholders.
- Act as primary contact and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related professional area.
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
- Competitive salary range: $135,000 to $171,000 annually.
