Revenue Management Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to oversee revenue management activities and managers within their area of purview. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with experience in balancing financial objectives to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing, positioning, and inventory of all hotels within their area of purview. They will oversee all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis. Additionally, they will develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments.
The Revenue Management Director will identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategies and pricing to all key stakeholders. They will also act as the primary contact and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategies and pricing to all key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate reservation system information and check distribution channels regularly for hotel positioning, information accuracy, and competitor positioning.
- Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
- Submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in the revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
What We Offer
