Job Summary

The Director of Revenue-Hotel is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability for our hotels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, optimize pricing, and develop effective revenue management strategies to outperform the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the front office team to optimize inventory management, upselling, and sell-out efficiency
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to provide consultation on strategies for negotiating and booking optimal group and catering business
  • Manage brand/third-party channels and relationships to ensure optimal revenue potential
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analysis to support revenue management decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, guests, and associates
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree in business, statistics, revenue management, or hospitality preferred
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or 3 years of experience with a 4-year college degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, and ability to formulate and report financial data
  • Understanding of general hotel operations and yield management principles
  • Knowledge of branded or similar PMS systems, internet and travel websites, and industry-specific reports
