Expand and nurture the client portfolio by implementing a structured approach to identify potential clients and maintain regular communication with existing customers. Engage in consistent outreach to foster relationships and inform clients about the advantages of choosing SERVPRO as their preferred cleaning and restoration service.
Leverage the quarterly Marketing Media Kit to effectively showcase SERVPRO's services and articulate the benefits to potential clients. Deliver precise and comprehensive pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates. Ensure diligent monitoring and follow-up on all assigned projects to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Expected Outcomes:
- Sales objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
- Diverse customer base is established with ongoing acquisition of new clients.
- Both internal and external communications are prompt and effective.
- Customer projects are completed to meet or surpass client expectations.
