Role Responsibilities:
The Franchise Business Coach is responsible for fostering strong communication and relationships with franchise partners, providing technical guidance on daily operations, and delivering training on various subjects. This role serves as the primary liaison between the corporate office and franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to maximize their profitability in a respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with a designated group of franchise accounts, offering tailored support.
  • Client Engagement and Education: Actively engage with franchisees to provide ongoing education and training that aligns with their business objectives.
  • Onboarding Collaboration: Partner with various teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
  • Risk Assessment: Monitor potential risks to client retention and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns.
  • On-Site Support: Travel to franchise locations to provide direct support, training, and issue resolution.
  • Product Knowledge Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the brand's offerings to strengthen client relationships and serve as a knowledgeable resource.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience in the fencing industry preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
