Role Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and skilled Franchise Marketing Strategist to spearhead our franchise marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation and content development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in performance marketing and channel marketing, along with expertise in design software and marketing automation tools. This position involves crafting and refining multi-channel content to engage potential franchisees. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Franchise Development to create, implement, and disseminate marketing materials that align with our strategic goals. Effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams is crucial, as is staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and enhance lead generation tactics, execute targeted advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, and assess campaign effectiveness to attract prospective franchisees.
  • Content Development: Produce engaging copy, visual designs, and high-quality content for diverse marketing channels, and work with internal teams to create compelling video materials.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Partner with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and effectively communicate the advantages of our franchise model to potential candidates through various content formats.
  • Content Management: Regularly review, update, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all marketing materials and external listings.
  • Email and Automation Strategies: Design and implement email marketing and automation strategies to nurture leads and create impactful email campaigns that convert potential franchisees.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, enabling proactive strategies in franchise development.
Qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
  • Strong skills in design, copywriting, and editing.
  • Proficient in digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Expertise in performance and channel marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results.
  • Previous experience in franchise marketing is advantageous.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Capability to implement effective lead generation and content strategies.
