Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a pipeline of opportunities across the full life cycle of the business acquisition process.
- Manage bid and proposal (B&P) resources, target identification, and capture strategies.
- Support proposal management and customer relations.
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of professional experience.
- Proven success in establishing and executing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Deep understanding of the Intelligence Community Intelligence Analysis (DI) and Operations (DO) customers, missions, and strategies.
- Active Top Secret security clearance (with the ability and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI).
- Working knowledge of or experience within all or a combination of the DIA and COCOM J2 customer spaces.
- Demonstrated capacity to stay on top of current trends, issues, and technologies in mission areas.
- Proven track record of teaming and developing mutually beneficial partner relationships.
