My name is Brandon Wine, and I have proudly served as a State Farm Agent for over a decade. My primary goal is to assist individuals in advancing their professional journeys, providing opportunities to enhance their earnings, and positively influencing the lives of my team and their families.


Since our establishment in 2013, we have consistently ranked among the top 1% of all agencies nationwide. We are part of a select group entrusted with managing two distinct State Farm locations.


At our offices, you will discover two primary career trajectories. The first is the career team member pathway, where you will receive comprehensive training from me, Brandon Wine, covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and our software systems to effectively market auto, home, and life insurance products. We aim to cultivate general managers and product specialists to expand our commercial insurance and mortgage sectors. As you take on more responsibilities, your compensation will also grow. We are keen to find candidates who are enthusiastic about contributing to our business growth.


The second pathway is what we refer to as the Agent Aspirant route. Here, I will guide you in developing your leadership capabilities, industry insights, and sales and marketing expertise. This mentorship can pave the way for you to establish your own State Farm agency. To date, we have successfully placed five Agent Aspirants into their own agencies, typically requiring three to four years of preparation.


Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering commitment to daily success.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (Salary + Commission)

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets preferred
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agent
  • Property and Casualty license (must be obtained)
  • Life and Health license (must be obtained)
  • Bachelor's degree required

My Training Program Includes:
  • Marketing property/casualty, life, health, and banking products
  • Setting sales and growth objectives
  • Collaborating closely with the agent to understand the role and office operations
