Role Summary: The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving membership growth and is a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily membership sales by engaging potential clients through various communication channels including phone, email, in-person, or text.
- Establish business-to-business relationships to foster partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Adept at selling diverse products and services.
- Passionate about sales and marketing within a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in fitness membership sales is preferred.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Promoting and selling BFT memberships.
- Handling membership sales, addressing objections, and following up with prospects.
- Participating in promotional events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community outreach activities to enhance studio visibility.
- Demonstrating proficiency in the ClubReady software system.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the fitness industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in phone sales.
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and through various communication methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in fitness membership sales or similar subscription-based services.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving membership sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and effectively utilize the Club Ready software system.
