My name is Brandon Wine, and I have proudly served as a State Farm Agent for over a decade. My passion lies in assisting individuals in advancing their professional journeys, enhancing their earning potential, and positively influencing the lives of my team and their families.

Since our establishment in 2013, we have consistently ranked among the top 1% of all agencies nationwide. We are part of a select group entrusted with managing two distinct State Farm locations.

Within our offices, you will discover two primary career trajectories. The first is the career team member path, where you will receive comprehensive training from me, Brandon Wine, covering sales methodologies, product expertise, and our software systems for selling auto, home, and life insurance products. We are actively seeking to cultivate general managers and product specialists to expand our commercial insurance and mortgage sectors. Elevating your responsibilities within the office will ultimately lead to increased compensation opportunities. We are highly motivated to identify candidates who are eager to contribute to our business growth and embrace additional responsibilities.

The second career path is known as the Agent Aspirant route. Here, I will guide you in developing your business leadership skills, industry knowledge, and State Farm acumen, along with sales and marketing experience. This mentorship can pave the way for you to establish your own State Farm agency. To date, we have successfully placed five Agent Aspirants into their own agencies, with a typical preparation period of three to four years.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering commitment to daily success.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (Salary + Commission)

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas preferred
  • Passionate about the role insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agent
  • Property and Casualty license (must be obtained)
  • Life and Health license (must be obtained)
  • Bachelor's degree required
Training Program Overview
  • Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, and banking products
  • Setting sales and growth objectives
  • Collaborating closely with the agent to understand the agent's role and office operations
