Role Summary: The Fitness Sales Specialist is tasked with driving membership growth in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily membership sales by engaging potential clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, in-person, and text.
  • Establish business-to-business connections to foster partnerships.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Adept at selling diverse products and services.
  • Passionate about sales and marketing within a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in fitness membership sales is essential.

Your Contributions:

  • Promote and sell BFT memberships.
  • Handle membership sales, including addressing objections and following up with prospects.
  • Engage in promotional events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community outreach) to elevate studio visibility.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the ClubReady software system.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in sales within the fitness sector.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and digitally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in fitness membership sales or similar subscription-based services.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving membership sales targets.
  • Capability to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system effectively.
