About the Role

As a Sales Executive at OTR Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the transportation industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our financial solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Underwriting, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of our financial solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of the transportation industry.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
