Position Overview

The role involves understanding and managing the technological advancements and material specifications of existing and prospective clients, in collaboration with the material development and sales teams. The successful candidate will identify all technical challenges of assigned accounts to guarantee total customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer-specific technical material specifications.
  • Offer technical application assistance as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal material development team.
  • Coordinate with planning and customer service teams to ensure responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Keep the company updated on competitive products, promotional materials, sales strategies, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
  • Generate annual sales and material projections.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee sales and marketing initiatives.
Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably chemical, metallurgy, or ceramics) or relevant sales experience in an industrial context will also be considered. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is advantageous. Travel may be required (30-40%).
