Senior Living Communities Concierge/Receptionist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Concierge/Receptionist to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and family members, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Warm and Welcoming Experience: Greet and engage with residents, family members, guests, and visitors in a vibrant, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Telephone and Administrative Support: Answer internal and external telephone calls, pages, and walkie-talkie communications, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Community Sales Efforts: Support sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Senior Living Communities as a great place to live.
  • Building Security and Maintenance: Maintain building security, monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
  • Office Equipment and Supplies: Manage the operation and maintenance of all office equipment and communication devices, and assist with ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office and community supplies.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation or GED: Required.
  • Certification or Coursework in Office Management: Desired.
  • Telephone Operating and Answering Experience: Required.
  • 1-2 Years' Experience in a Similar Concierge/Administrative Assistant Position: Desired.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Expected Hours of Work:

  • This position is often required to read, write, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and/or hear.
  • This position will be required to lift or carry weight up to 25 lbs.
  • This position will be exposed to minimal to moderate noise.
  • This position may be required to work extended periods of time at a computer terminal.
