Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Lifestyle Advisor to join our team at Maxwell Group, Inc. As a Sales and Lifestyle Advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospects, leading sales efforts, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the overall sales efforts of the community to maintain a strong brand in the market and high levels of occupancy.
  • Assist with lead base management, outreach to prospective residents and referral sources, conducting personal visits, planning and executing marketing events, and providing administrative support for the sales process.
  • Serve as liaison with new residents and their families to ensure a smooth transition to the community.
Requirements
  • Four-year College or university degree desired.
  • Two or more years of marketing and sales experiences required.
  • Two or more years' experience in a similar sales position (residential leasing environment) desired.
  • Two or more years' experience working with seniors desired.

  • Technical Skills - Individual must demonstrate current and ongoing competence in tasks assigned which indicates a specialized skill in this area above and beyond the average.
