Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with five plus years of relevant experience. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs, talent development programs, and learning management systems.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and critical information.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000, with annual performance incentives.
