Job Summary

Sanhua International is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service/Accounts Receivable professional to drive customer satisfaction and maintain extensive product knowledge. The ideal candidate will utilize their high energy and strategy to provide excellent customer service, handle client orders, and deliver prompt and timely feedback to clients.


The successful candidate will possess a customer-first mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer communications, including answering incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
  • Consult on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
  • Maintain working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
  • Track interactions in CRM/ERP, recording customers' interactions in internal systems for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
  • Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, allocating and tracking AR due, sending monthly due and overdue notifications, collecting accounts, and negotiating and resolving conflicts.
  • Update receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily sales order processing and bank remittance transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success, including purchase order and sales order processing and tracking, invoicing, packing slips, and bill of lading preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Possess a sense of urgency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge in WMS and ERP is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
