Tire Industry Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at TBC Corporation.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearResponsibilities:- Sales Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in our tire programs, parts programs, and credit programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
- Franchise Support
- Provide coaching and training to Midas franchisees to improve their business operations and profitability.
- Work with franchisees to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues.
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to identify opportunities to grow store count and improve store performance.
- Work with support departments to ensure that franchisees have access to the resources they need to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.

This role is based in the western United States, covering San Diego, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and some locations in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate will be able to travel 70-80% of the time, with occasional nights and weekends required to support franchisee special events.
