Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at TBC Corporation.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearResponsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in our tire programs, parts programs, and credit programs.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
  • Franchise Support
    • Provide coaching and training to Midas franchisees to improve their business operations and profitability.
    • Work with franchisees to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to identify opportunities to grow store count and improve store performance.
    • Work with support departments to ensure that franchisees have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.

Location:

This role is based in the western United States, covering San Diego, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and some locations in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel 70-80% of the time, with occasional nights and weekends required to support franchisee special events.
