About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our dining and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests
  • Meet and greet guests, providing necessary information and assistance
  • Perform sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, equipment, and service areas
  • Assist with set-up and break-down of coffee stations and product displays
  • Stock and maintain supplies, food items, and utensils
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Assemble and package food and beverage products
  • Provide basic audio-visual support and services
  • Open and close facilities as required
  • Assist with kitchen sanitation and adhere to health and safety protocols
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent not required
  • 0-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cash handling and barista experience a plus
