Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest reservations, requests, and cancellations
  • Secure payment and verify billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Process guest requests and relay messages
  • Run and review daily reports/logs
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports
  • Count bank at beginning and end of shift
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using computer systems and have a strong attention to detail.
