Position Overview:

In this position, you will collaborate with our clients to resolve insurance-related concerns, advocate on their behalf with insurance providers, address employer challenges related to enrollment and billing, and respond to employee inquiries regarding coverage and eligibility. Your primary aim will be to ensure that small business owners can effectively purchase and manage plans that suit their employees and families. You will engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding journey of new groups from application to successful enrollment.
  • Employ phone, text, and email to deliver proactive onboarding assistance and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in revenue operations and support to guarantee a seamless and satisfying experience for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity.
  • A positive and optimistic demeanor with a strong focus on customer empathy.
  • Highly efficient with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of managing a high-volume workload across various channels and tasks.
  • Experience with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to helping businesses optimize their healthcare solutions.

Compensation:

The base hourly wage for this role is $17.00.

Our compensation structure is market-based, and the salary for this position may vary based on the candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical skills, and location. The range provided is one aspect of total compensation, which includes bonus eligibility based on performance objectives and company stock options.
