Business Partnering Director

We are seeking a highly strategic and influential HR Business Partner to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Global Business Partnering team, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to design and drive innovative solutions to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that drive business results
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and other supporting functions to collaborate effectively on talent strategies
- Develop and recommend talent strategies to support business goals, including organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, retention, talent development, and employee relations
- Partner with the business on organizational design and workforce planning to support evolving business needs
- Collaborate with the business and HR partners to drive high-performing teams and a culture of feedback and coaching
- Work closely with the business and Talent Development partners to develop training needs and upskill employees at all levels
- Leverage data to analyze trends in the business and inform talent strategies
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with strong business acumen
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative matrixed organization
- Highly strategic, influential, and positive challenger to the business
- Ability to adapt and be agile, navigate through ambiguity, and prioritize multiple work streams
- Proven experience executing on organizational changes, organizational design, and continuous change management
- Demonstrated strong internal stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
