Dental Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, you will be responsible for promoting our well-known and respected consumer products for oral health to General Practice Dentists and Periodontists across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage an assigned territory, ensuring regular and consistent coverage of dental practices.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with targeted dental practitioners, achieving designated call expectations.
- Deliver scientific product presentations to customers, outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
- Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Recent College Graduate or 1-2 years Hygiene or 1-2 years Business to Business (B2B) or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferred.
- A proven track record of success with outside sales experience preferred.
- Sales Aptitude REQUIRED.
- Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
