Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. (OCMI). As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
