This is a long-term opportunity with a respected builder, offering stability and the chance to work on varied, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and supervision of subcontractors.
  • Maintain daily logs, resolve on-site construction issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project deadlines, control costs, and maintain quality.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and complete necessary project documentation, including as-built drawings and closeout materials.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
  • Over 10 years of supervisory experience in commercial and multi-family construction.
  • A track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to interpret technical data, and proficiency with project management software (such as Procore).
  • A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
