Project Manager

STV Construction Management is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Southern Connecticut. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project execution plans, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Lead project teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project goals are met.
- 4-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the design and construction of K-12 public/private school projects.
- Exceptional technical and project management skills, including planning, design, and construction process.
- Ability to ensure all project objectives are achieved.
- Capability to manage competing demands on multiple client projects simultaneously.
Light work: Lift up to 20 lbs. at a time and frequently lift or carry objects 10 lbs. or more. Standing-prolonged periods of time. Repetitive Motion-substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Close Visual Acuity-work includes data/figures; view a computer screen; extensive reading. Mobility around a job/construction site to include walking, bending, crawling, climbing, squatting, or kneeling and wearing of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

This is a hybrid position.
Compensation Range: $112,149,671.54
