Territory Business Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Manager to join our team at FEP Search Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in managing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide sales and support to existing clients and potential customers
* Promote the value of LAN probiotics, inoculants, yeast derivatives, and technical support services in the territory
* Generate sales growth by working with existing customers and distributors to support their efforts and by identifying and securing new customers in the territory
* Manage territory sales support, prospecting, and client relationships effectively to maximize sales growth
* Organize meetings and plant tours with clients and prospects in which LAN can present technical expertise and innovative solutions
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern
* Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment
* Participate in identifying new market opportunities within LAN's core competencies
Critical Requirements:
* A university degree is required
* Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory
* Recent experience in the ingredients industry is strongly preferred
* Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
