Job Title: Territory Business Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Manager to join our team at FEP Search Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience in the ingredients industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and support to existing clients and potential customers
  • Promote the value of LAN probiotics, inoculants, yeast derivatives, and technical support services in the territory
  • Generate sales growth by working with existing customers and distributors to support their efforts and by identifying and securing new customers in the territory
  • Manage territory sales support, prospecting, and client relationships effectively to maximize sales growth
  • Organize meetings and plant tours with clients and prospects in which LAN can present technical expertise and innovative solutions
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern
  • Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment
  • Participate in identifying new market opportunities within LAN's core competencies
  • Attend industry events and internal meetings outside of the territory


Critical Requirements:

  • A university degree is required
  • Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory
  • Recent experience in the ingredients industry is strongly preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management


Compensation and Other Details:
A highly competitive package, commensurate with experience.
