We are currently seeking qualified CDL drivers.

Key Responsibilities of the Bus Driver:
  • Operate various transit buses or vehicles safely, courteously, and reliably within a designated service area according to a daily schedule
  • Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections as required
  • Stop at designated locations to load and unload passengers
  • Assist passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and ensure proper securing of wheelchairs and scooters
  • Notify dispatch of any deviations, overloads, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavioral issues, or mechanical/electrical problems with the bus
  • Ensure fares are collected and deposited into the fare box while providing information to passengers
  • Inform passengers of rules and regulations when necessary
  • Complete and submit written reports regarding passengers and any incidents
  • Operate on-board computer fare boxes and destination displays.
Requirements for Bus Driver Position:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Possess a Commercial Learner's Permit (at minimum), with a valid CDL including passenger and air brake endorsements preferred
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
  • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years on driving record
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Able to work assigned shift hours and days
