Position Overview:

PeaceHealth Outpatient Ortho Clinic is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day role. The compensation range for this position is $44.25 – $66.37, influenced by various factors such as education, experience, and relevant agreements.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans and set achievable goals.
  • Implementing treatment strategies based on the established plan and adjusting them as necessary to meet patient needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to therapy assistants, students, and volunteers.
  • Contributing to the development of new services and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education or a closely related field (foreign equivalents accepted).

Licensure:
Must possess a Physical Therapist License in the State of Washington.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required upon hire.
