Position Overview

The Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for delivering expert physical therapy services to individuals with diverse neurological conditions and physical challenges. This role emphasizes personalized care, addressing the unique physical and age-related requirements of each patient. The specialist will conduct thorough evaluations and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance patient independence and functional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer high-quality physical therapy interventions to patients with neurological disorders.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine individual patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in neuro rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Washington State Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment.
  • Specialized training or experience in neuro rehabilitation may be required based on departmental needs.
