About the Role

Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our chiropractic physicians in their daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on patient care as instructed by the chiropractic physician, including the use of physical therapy modalities, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue mobilization/manipulation.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic prior to and after each patient encounter.
  • Inventory Management: Aid in the upkeep of clinic inventory counts as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with patient scheduling, answer phone calls, and help send out referrals to other offices as needed.
  • Claims Processing: Help with the claims process for new patients and verify claims when necessary.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bi or multi-lingual is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office/Sheets/Google Docs proficiency.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated and friendly, with the ability to work as a team player.
