This role is primarily remote, with occasional office presence required for training and team collaboration.


Role Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on the marketing and sales of school and commercial buses within your designated territory. Your objective will be to enhance business from current clients while actively pursuing new opportunities through various outreach methods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Manage sales leads and pursue new accounts while nurturing existing relationships to boost sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Bus Sales Manager and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients through personal visits and participation in events such as trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Class B CDL or willingness to obtain.
  • Associate's Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position with a commitment of 40+ hours per week.
  • Majority of time spent on the road, with some office time required.
  • Ability to attend training sessions and meetings as needed.
