  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs and identify emerging trends and risks.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers and stakeholders to drive growth and development.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Engineering and Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to customers and stakeholders, ensuring that projects meet NorthWestern Energy's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in electric distribution or transmission engineering, modeling, and construction preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required. Experience with PLS-CADD, PSSE, CAPE, GIS systems, and survey techniques desired.
  • Certifications: E or ability to obtain P.E. a plus.
