We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives within an assigned account base through prescribed sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned business accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the customer organization.
  • Support customer profitability and effectiveness through tailored solutions; sell all applicable HK Solutions Group service lines while leveraging appropriate pricing components to secure profitable business.
  • Conduct customer education and service information meetings to ensure customer is knowledgeable regarding service line offerings and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between assigned customers and servicing branches to facilitate issue resolution (accounts receivable, billing, and service).
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, maintaining productive relationships with colleagues in key accounts, national accounts, and branch service organizations.
  • Continually acquire new industry and service-line knowledge and selling skills. Keep abreast of the market demands and competitive issues and offers; leverage knowledge to assist in the development of effective customer sales campaigns and target efforts.
  • Maintain current database through the use of CRM tool while providing accurate sales reporting.
  • Ensures that all sales actions comply with all regulations and HK Solutions Group corporate policies/processes.
  • Frequent travel required, including overnight travel, to cover assigned customer accounts/territory, for meetings and business events.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly with frequent overnight and out of state trips (travel 40%).
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills (MS Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid US drivers license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
